The PT R.E.P. (Personal Trainer Ramping Employment Period) Program at Club Fitness is your gateway to a thriving career as a Personal Trainer. This comprehensive initiative offers 30 hours of paid training each week for up to 60 days. 

You'll work alongside experienced fitness professionals, covering essential topics in the art, business, and science of personal training. This collaborative experience will teach you the ins and outs of our clubs and systems while you work to build a book of personal training clientele.  

After successfully completing the program, you'll be eligible and prepared to transition into a Personal Trainer role at Club Fitness.

Responsibilities

  • This comprehensive program is the steppingstone to a fulfilling career as a full-time Personal Trainer
    at Club Fitness - the Premier Health Club network that has proudly served the metro St. Louis area for more than 40 years
  • The program involves participating and understanding the various aspects of operations as it relates
    to a member’s journey and exposure to personal training services. The core of PT-REP is
    encapsulated in 7 performance objectives.
  • These objectives will unfold through a blended learning approach, encompassing formal instruction,
    job shadowing, hands-on practice, and interactive role-play scenarios.
    • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
    • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing

Qualifications

  • CPR Certified
  • High School Diploma
  • 18 Years of Age or Older
  • Maintain a NCCA Accredited PT Certification
